Data Deletion Instructions

What can be deleted
- Your Memoria account and profile
- Events you created and their contact lists
- Memories (photos, videos, voice notes, written messages) you uploaded
- Compiled tribute videos linked to your events
How to request deletion
To delete your data, send an email to memoria.app@neevsystems.com from the email address associated with your Memoria account with the subject line "Delete my data". Include:
- Your account email
- The name of the event(s) you want deleted, if applicable
- Whether you want the full account removed or only specific events
If you are a contributor (not the organizer) and want a memory you submitted removed, include the event name and the name/phone number you submitted with.
Timeline
We verify the request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups are purged on their normal rotation cycle (up to 90 days). Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
Messaging opt-out
To stop receiving SMS or WhatsApp invitations from Memoria, reply STOP to any message. See the SMS Consent & Messaging Policy for details.
