Who we are

Memoria ("we", "us") is a service operated at eventmemoria.app that helps event organizers collect voice, video, photo, and written memories from guests and compile them into a tribute video.

What we collect

• Account data: name and email address of event organizers who sign in.
• Contact data: names and phone numbers of guests that organizers add to an event in order to send invitations.
• Memory content: photos, videos, voice recordings, and written notes submitted by contributors to an event.
• Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) required for security and abuse prevention.

How we use data

• To deliver invitation messages (SMS, WhatsApp, email) on behalf of the event organizer.
• To store submitted memories and compile them into a tribute video for the organizer.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use contact information for marketing.

Sharing

Memory content is shared only with the event organizer and the contributors they invite. We use trusted subprocessors to run the service, including cloud hosting, database and storage, WhatsApp Business messaging (Meta), and video rendering (Creatomate).

Retention

Event data and memories are retained while the event is active. You can request deletion at any time — see Data Deletion.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact the organizer who invited you or reach Memoria support at memoria.app@neevsystems.com.
