Acceptance

By using Memoria at eventmemoria.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Memoria lets event organizers collect voice, video, photo, and written memories from guests and compile them into a tribute video.

Your responsibilities

• You must have permission from each contact before adding their phone number, email, or other contact details to an event.
• You may only upload content you have rights to and that does not violate any law or third-party right.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account.

Prohibited use

You may not use Memoria to send marketing or unsolicited messages, to harass anyone, to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the memories and materials you upload. You grant Memoria a limited license to store, process, and render your content solely to provide the service to you and your invited contributors.

Messaging

SMS and WhatsApp invitations sent through Memoria are governed by the SMS Consent & Messaging Policy. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You can stop using Memoria at any time and request deletion of your data via the Data Deletion page.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Memoria is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
